Vibra São Paulo, Concert hall in Santo Amaro District, Brazil
Vibra São Paulo sits in Santo Amaro District and is a large concert hall with seating for 7,000 people. The interior spreads across a wide area and features modern stage and sound equipment for different types of performances.
The hall opened in September 1999 under a different name and quickly drew a wide range of events. A redesign took place in 2022 when new operators took over the site and introduced the current name.
The stage welcomes both international musicians and Brazilian artists representing different music styles from rock to samba. Audiences often arrive dressed in casual clothing and bring the relaxed enthusiasm typical of São Paulo.
The nearest metro station Santo Amaro is within walking distance and makes arrival easier from different parts of the city. Visitors should plan time before events begin as the building receives many guests at once.
In September 2011 the venue hosted the 60th Miss Universe pageant, a rare example of the hall being used for something other than concerts. This event showed how adaptable the space is for different kinds of large gatherings.
