São Paulo Corporate Towers

São Paulo Corporate Towers is a commercial complex in Vila Olímpia featuring two glass office buildings that rise 30 stories above street level. The development covers 258,000 square meters and serves as a major workplace for companies across various industries.

The towers were completed in the 2010s, marking a turning point in how the city built modern office spaces compared to earlier commercial buildings from the 1920s. This project helped transform Vila Olímpia into one of São Paulo's leading business neighborhoods.

The complex was designed to blend Brazilian corporate values with international workplace standards, creating open office areas where professionals from different sectors work side by side.

The complex offers three separate street entrances and 60 elevators for easy navigation throughout the buildings. Parking is readily available with 5,000 spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles are provided throughout the site.
