Rancho da Maioridade

Rancho da Maioridade is a stone building from the early 1900s on the historic road between São Paulo and Santos. The house features traditional Brazilian architectural elements and was equipped with a fountain to serve travelers.

The building was constructed in 1922 during Washington Luís's governorship and served as a rest stop on one of Latin America's first paved roads. This route was critical for transporting coffee and other goods between the cities.
