The Cleveland Avenue Mansion features high ceilings, wooden floors, and decorative wall paintings across its spacious interior rooms and galleries.
Built between 1890 and 1894, the mansion belonged to Henrique Santos Dumont, brother of aviation pioneer Alberto Santos Dumont, during São Paulo's coffee economic expansion.
The mansion transformed from a private residence to Stafford School in 1926, then housed Pestalozzi Society, and now functions as the Electric Energy Museum.
The Electric Energy Museum offers free admission and presents exhibitions about electricity and urban development through multiple rooms on two floors.
The building contains original painted walls from the 1890s and maintains architectural elements from São Paulo's first luxury neighborhood.
