Louveira Building

The Louveira Building is a multifamily residential complex in São Paulo featuring two parallel concrete blocks connected by gardens with large windows overlooking Pacaembu Valley. The interior spaces are flexibly designed to accommodate both living and professional work arrangements.

The complex was designed and built in 1946 by architects João Batista Vilanova Artigas and Carlos Cascaldi following modernist principles. It marks an important moment in the development of Brazilian residential architecture in the city.
