Built around 1830 by Ezequiel de Araújo Padilha, the estate shifted from coffee production to cattle farming in 1905 under Colonel Horácio Lemos.
The property maintains 436 original pieces of 19th-century furniture and household items, displaying the lifestyle of Brazilian rural elite.
Guided tours require advance booking with minimum groups of five people, available Tuesday through Sunday through Bom Tempo Turismo agency.
The estate includes an outdoor area with 1,000 square meters of lawn space and structures for hosting social events and celebrations.
