Piemonte Tower, also called Torre Alta Vila, is a 101-metre tower clad in 50 tonnes of stainless steel, rising from a mountain massif between the Serra do Curral and the Serra do Rola-Moça on the border of Nova Lima and Belo Horizonte. Its top has two floors: a panoramic observation and events space below, and a contemporary Minas Gerais restaurant above. The attached Alta Vila Class Center has four floors and an 850-space car park.

The Alta Vila Class Center complex, with the tower attached, opened in 2005 with only half of its 72 shop units occupied, and the cinema closed within its first year. Six months later the Hard Rock Café opened its second Brazilian unit there, remaining almost ten years and closing in 2014. Since 2013 Accenture has occupied the entire third floor, and the fourth floor now hosts events for up to 1,200 people.

The tower's name comes from the Piemonte region of Italy, and its alternate name, Torre Alta Vila, refers to the Alta Vila Class Center mall it crowns. The top floor holds a restaurant serving contemporary Minas Gerais cuisine, while the first floor of the tower has space for events. The mall's fourth floor, the Salão Bela Vista, hosts up to 1,200 people for weddings, birthdays and fashion shows.

The complex sits on the border of Nova Lima and Belo Horizonte, under 10 km from Praça Sete, and is served only by BHTRANS bus lines 2104 and 4110. The tower's top floor has two levels: a panoramic observation space with an events area, and a restaurant above it. Parking for 850 vehicles is spread over five underground levels with camera monitoring.

The tower's stainless-steel cone was lifted into place by two helicopters, as the development's website reported at the 2005 opening. Its cladding used 50 tonnes of stainless steel, and the structure was designed for winds of up to 190 km/h. At night, LED lighting alternates white, blue, red and amber.
