Palácio de Ondina

Palácio de Ondina is the official residence of the Governor, featuring classical architecture with prominent columns and well-balanced proportions. The building sits on elevated grounds overlooking All Saints Bay and is surrounded by maintained gardens.

The palace was built in 1967 and replaced the previous governor's seat at Palácio da Aclamação as the new administrative center. This transition marked a turning point in how Bahia's state government operated and presented itself.
