The Royal Exhibition Building spans 150 metres in length and features a central dome modeled after the Florence Cathedral at Nicholson Street.
The structure, completed in 1880, hosted the Melbourne International Exhibition and became the first Australian building listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004.
