Blues Point Tower is a residential building in McMahons Point with 25 floors that rises 83 meters above the ground. The structure houses 144 apartments arranged in a vertical rectangular layout.
The building was completed in 1962 by architect Harry Seidler and Associates and was then Australia's tallest residential structure. It held this distinction until another building surpassed it in 1970.
This building marks a turning point in how Sydney's waterfront developed, showing how residential towers began to reshape the area's character.
