Leuralla, Heritage mansion in Blue Mountains, Australia
Leuralla occupies 5 hectares with formal gardens and features Federation Arts and Crafts architecture with sandstone stairs leading to the entrance portico.
The current building replaced an earlier house destroyed by bushfire in 1909 and was constructed between 1910 and 1914 for yachtsman Harry Andreas.
From 1980 to 2022, the property housed a museum displaying 20th-century toys, including rare model trains and an extensive Barbie doll collection.
The seven-bedroom mansion contains multiple formal areas, including a drawing room, lounge, and a dedicated space designed for a billiard table.
The residence integrated advanced technology for its time, featuring a central vacuum cleaning system and an intercom network installed during initial construction.
