Nogromou

Nogromou is a mountain summit in New Caledonia rising to about 438 meters above sea level. The peak stands surrounded by tropical vegetation that covers the island's varied terrain.

The mountain took shape during the geological separation of New Caledonia from the ancient supercontinent millions of years ago. This massive shift in the earth's crust created the islands and their varied landforms we see today.
