Shepherd of the Hills Church

Shepherd of the Hills Church is a modern worship space in Porter Ranch with a main hall seating around 3,500 people and additional rooms for classes and community gatherings. The facility accommodates various congregation activities and programs throughout the week.

The church formed in 1990 from a merger of two congregations: Faith Evangelical Church and Hillcrest Christian Church, which had previously operated in different areas. This union created the foundation for the current community in Porter Ranch.

The congregation gathers for weekly worship and participates in programs that support and connect local families. These activities shape the religious and community life for many people in the area.

The church holds multiple weekly services and offers online streaming for those unable to attend in person. Various programs for different age groups are available throughout the year.

The congregation operates multiple locations across the city, including one in Woodland Hills, to serve believers in different neighborhoods. This presence in several areas makes it one of the larger church communities in the greater Los Angeles region.
