Crank House is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame Victorian mansion built in 1882 on the former Fair Oaks Ranch in Pasadena, California. It is also known as Fair Oaks Ranch and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. It is a private residence today.

James F. Crank, a New York native who planted citrus orchards and vineyards on the northern part of the old Fair Oaks Ranch, built this 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame Victorian mansion in 1882. The property was subdivided in 1910, and the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997 (site #97000751) for its association with the early settlement of Pasadena.

The name Fair Oaks came from Eliza Griffin Johnston's home city in Virginia and from the coast live oaks (Quercus agrifolia) growing on the land. James F. Crank, who bought the northern portion in 1877, planted citrus orchards and vineyards there. The house is a private residence today, but its interiors are known from films: it served as Trunchbull's house in Matilda and the Omega Beta Zeta sorority house in Scream 2.
