Artz Pedregal integrates four office towers, commercial spaces, and a 5,000-square-meter urban park within its 50,500-square-meter development footprint.

The 2018 development represents a response to Mexico City's southern district expansion, incorporating the area's natural volcanic rock formations into its design concept.

The complex functions as a social center where visitors participate in art exhibitions, cultural performances, and community gatherings throughout the year.

The development contains multiple access points, underground parking facilities, and a specialized tunnel system connected to Anillo Periférico for improved traffic flow.

The architectural design preserves existing large trees along the perimeter, creating a natural sound barrier while maintaining the local ecosystem.
