Artz Pedregal

Artz Pedregal is a mixed-use development in Jardines del Pedregal featuring four office towers, retail spaces, and a central green park. The site combines modern structures with the area's natural volcanic formations and integrates working, shopping, and recreation in one location.

The development was completed in 2018 as a response to Mexico City's growth in the southern district, deliberately incorporating the area's natural volcanic rock formations into its design. This project marked a shift in how urban expansion was approached in the region.

The complex serves as a gathering place where art exhibitions, cultural performances, and community events happen regularly throughout the year. Visitors can encounter local artists and participate in activities that shape the neighborhood's identity.

The complex features multiple access points and underground parking, which makes navigating straightforward. A tunnel system connects the site to nearby main roads and reduces traffic congestion on surrounding streets.

The site preserves large trees along its perimeter, which act as a natural sound barrier and protect the local ecosystem. This careful planning makes the location feel quieter despite its urban density.
