2727 Kirby is a residential tower with 30 floors and roughly 78 luxury units located in Houston's Inner Loop. The building provides residents with parking, a pool, and several recreational facilities throughout the structure.

Designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, 2727 Kirby was built from 2006 to 2009 as a 123-metre residential condominium tower. Kirby Tower LP later sued the developer over defective construction, citing a pane of glass that fell onto a vehicle below, faulty balcony glass railings, and problems with heating, air conditioning, fire sprinklers, plumbing, electrical systems and waterproofing. The source states all defects were rectified by 2014.

The building sits in a neighborhood packed with restaurants, theaters, galleries, and shops within walking distance. Residents experience the local culture daily through access to dining and arts venues right outside.

The tower stands on Kirby Drive just south of Westheimer, in Upper Kirby. Residents are zoned to Poe Elementary, Lanier Middle School and Lamar High School in the Houston Independent School District. The building has 30 floors, so lifts serve all units; parking is on site.
