The museum operates Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Sundays from noon to 4:30 PM, with admission fees of six dollars for adults and discounts for seniors, students, and veterans.
The museum grounds feature an artificial river designed by groundskeeper Peter Grivich, who received the 2019 Staff Excellence Award for his innovative landscaping contributions to the property.
