Bowers Stadium

Bowers Stadium is the primary sports venue for Sam Houston State University, featuring seating for approximately 13,000 spectators. The facility includes modern amenities such as executive suites and press areas designed for collegiate athletics.

The venue opened in 1986 and replaced an older football field as the home of the university's athletics program. Since then, it has served as the center of campus sports activity.
