The building carries the name of Robert Allison Jr., the first CEO of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, honoring him through a 2013 ceremony. This naming reflects the ties between corporate history and the tower's identity in the business district.
The building sits in a central location within The Woodlands business district and is easily accessible from major roads. Modern elevators and clear internal layout make it simple to move around inside the structure.
The building earned LEED certification, which recognizes its environmental performance and sustainable design standards. This achievement shows how modern commercial construction in the region incorporates responsibility toward the environment.
