Central Christian Church

Central Christian Church is a Protestant church in Dallas featuring a Neo-classical sanctuary with masonry veneer walls and a large gathering space. The grounds include a meditation garden, community dog park, and soccer field for congregational use.

The church was founded in 1863 above a blacksmith shop during the Civil War as the area developed. It remained in operation for over 150 years until closing after Easter services in 2021.

The congregation experienced a notable split in 1876 regarding the installation of an organ, leading to temporary relocations for worship services.
