Constructed in 1983 as a Wyndham establishment, the building changed ownership to Stouffer Hotels Corporation in 1987 before joining Marriott International in 1997.
The hotel maintains its position as the 24th tallest structure in Dallas, contributing to the architectural diversity of the Texas metropolis.
Located at 2222 Stemmons Freeway, the hotel contains 514 guest rooms and received a 35 million dollar renovation in 2014.
The structure includes an elevated open-air swimming pool enclosed by a large curtain wall at the top of the building.
