Porsche Design Tower, Residential skyscraper in Sunny Isles Beach, US.
The Porsche Design Tower is a residential building standing 641 feet (195 meters) tall with 60 floors containing 132 units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Each residence features summer kitchens, private fireplaces, direct beach access, and elevator systems designed to transport vehicles directly to the apartments.
Construction of this Florida residential building began in April 2014 and was completed in January 2017. The project required specialized engineering to incorporate the vehicle transportation system into the structure.
The residential complex expresses a lifestyle centered on automobiles by integrating vehicles into private living spaces through its specialized elevator system. This design philosophy shows how the building treats car ownership as part of daily home life rather than a separate activity.
Direct beach access is available from the residential units, making it easy to reach the shoreline from your home. Vehicle parking is fully integrated into the building design, so those with cars can use the specialized elevator system rather than traditional parking areas.
The Dezervator system allows residents to park their vehicles in glass-enclosed garages positioned next to their apartments and visible from living spaces. This creates an experience where cars become part of the interior design rather than hidden away.
