Las Olas River House is a residential skyscraper in downtown Fort Lauderdale with three interconnected towers along the New River. The complex spans 42 floors and contains 287 luxury residences at a height of approximately 138 meters.
Construction of this modern complex was completed in 2004 by Tarragon Corporation. The building remained Fort Lauderdale's tallest structure until 2017.
The building incorporates natural elements throughout, with a Koi pond surrounded by bamboo plants and imported stone materials creating a serene entrance experience.
Residents enjoy a large fitness center, an expansive rooftop garden, private elevators, and round-the-clock security with concierge services. Visitors should note that access to interior areas may be limited to guests of residents.
