Las Olas River House

Las Olas River House contains three interconnected towers rising along the New River, featuring 287 luxury residences across 42 floors at a height of 137 meters.

The construction of this modern architectural complex was completed in 2004 by Tarragon Corporation, maintaining its position as Fort Lauderdale's tallest building until 2017.

The building integrates natural elements in its design with a Koi pond surrounded by bamboo plants and imported stone materials throughout the entrance area.
