Seminole Rest, also called Snyder Hill or Oak Hill, is a two-story house with pale yellow horizontal siding, a dark shingled roof and a brick chimney at the centre of the roof. A covered porch spans the lower level and a balcony with white railings runs across the upper level, with dark shutters flanking the windows. It stands on a low foundation in Oak Hill, on the western shore of Mosquito Lagoon within Canaveral National Seashore.

Seminole Rest was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on March 19, 1997. The site, also recorded as Snyder Hill, Oak Hill or Live Oak Hill, lies east of State Road 5 on the western shore of Mosquito Lagoon and forms part of Canaveral National Seashore.
