Tifton Residential Historic District is a historic district in Tifton, Georgia, roughly bounded by 14th Street, Goff Street, 2nd Street and Forrest Avenue. Its 614 acres hold 624 contributing buildings, mostly houses, along with a contributing structure, a contributing site and two contributing objects. Queen Anne and Craftsman styles are well represented, and the former Pope House-Lankford Manor at 401 Love Avenue keeps pedimented gables and decorative wood shingles.

The neighborhood developed between 1890 and 1930 when it was built with Queen Anne and Craftsman style homes. This building period shaped the character and appearance of the entire district.

The churches here display different architectural styles that frame the streets, with one featuring Romanesque arches and the other showing Gothic elements. You notice how residents have woven these older buildings into their daily neighborhood life.
