Trilith Studios, Film studio complex in Fayette County, Georgia, US
Trilith Studios is a production complex on a 700-acre site south of Atlanta with 32 soundstages and a backlot covering approximately 400 acres. The facility includes workshops, offices, and technical infrastructure for film and television work.
The facility opened in 2014 as Pinewood Atlanta Studios, established through a partnership between Pinewood Group and River's Rock LLC. The name changed in 2020 to establish a distinct identity.
The studio facility hosts numerous Marvel Studios productions, including Ant-Man, Black Panther, Loki, and WandaVision, contributing to Georgia's film industry.
The site sits near Atlanta's international airport and provides access to soundstages, workshops, and office spaces. The facility operates as an active production location and tours or public visits are typically not available.
The Prysm Stage uses virtual production technology with large LED walls that create digital environments in real time, allowing film crews to see locations during shooting. This technology has been used on several major film productions and changes how backgrounds are made.
