The Bridge

The Bridge is a steel sculpture located at the intersection of Lakeview Parkway and Haynes Bridge Road, using elements that shift their appearance depending on viewing angle. LED light boxes illuminate the structure at night, making it a visible feature of the public space.

The sculpture came about as Fulton County moved toward supporting art installations in public spaces, a new direction for the region. Approval from Alpharetta City Council and the Cultural Arts Commission marked a turning point in the area's commitment to outdoor art.

The work demonstrates how contemporary art can become part of everyday neighborhood life, giving visitors fresh perspectives on a familiar location. It reflects the artistic growth of the area and encourages people to think about the relationship between art and urban spaces.
