Bailey House

Bailey House is a three-story residential building from the late 1800s in Fernandina Beach, Florida, featuring corner turrets and fish-scale shingles as its main decorative elements. The structure rests on brick piers and sits on half an acre of land on South 7th Street.

George Franklin Barber, a well-known architect, designed the house in 1895 using Victorian architectural principles that were popular during that period. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973, marking its recognition as a structure of historical importance.
