New Brookland Tavern is a music venue in Five Points, Columbia, hosting performances year-round in a space accommodating around 500 people. The venue operates in a historic Cotton Gin building on Harden Street and offers beverage service alongside a flexible all-ages policy for most events.

New Brookland Tavern takes its name from the old name for West Columbia, where it operated for years as one of the oldest continuously running music venues in the Columbia area. Its final show at that location was Sequoyah Prep School on December 29, 2022; the next day it moved to the historic Cotton Gin building in Five Points.

On October 5, 1998, the bar appeared on WCW Monday Nitro when Mike Tenay toured with the nWo Wolfpac (Kevin Nash, Lex Luger, Konnan) searching for Scott Hall. Concerts stopped from late March 2020 until September 23 because of COVID-19; two livestreams ran in April and June, and Drake Bell's show was streamed.
