Anderson Lake

Anderson Lake is a water reservoir in Santa Clara County that stores water for regional supply and recreational activities. The body of water covers several thousand acres and provides space for boating, water-skiing, and fishing throughout the year.

The lake was created when a dam was completed in 1950 to store water for the region. It was named after an early leader of the local water district.
