Metreon is a large shopping center in downtown San Francisco with four floors containing numerous retail shops and dining establishments. The building features wide corridors and expansive windows that flood the interior with natural light, creating an open and bright environment throughout.
The building opened in 1999 as an interactive entertainment destination with arcades and play areas. In 2006 the property changed ownership and was redesigned into a traditional shopping center, becoming one of the most successful malls of its kind in the city.
