The park land, established in 1909, was formerly the location of City View Racetrack before its transformation into a public recreational space.
The park serves as a central gathering point where local residents participate in organized sports leagues, summer camps, and community events.
Visitors can access the park facilities daily from 5 AM to midnight, with available parking until 10 PM at SE Seventh Avenue and Miller Street.
The mid-1920s kitchen building functions as both a concession stand and a reservable space for community gatherings throughout the year.
