Bijeli Brijeg Stadium

Bijeli Brijeg Stadium is a sports facility in the western part of Mostar with a grass pitch, running track, and seating for about 9,000 spectators. The infrastructure was rebuilt following war damage and serves today as a venue for football matches.

The stadium was built between 1956 and 1958 with public funds and volunteer work. It sustained major damage during the Bosnian War from 1992 to 1995, which was later repaired.

The venue transformed from FK Velež Mostar's home ground to HŠK Zrinjski Mostar's stadium, reflecting the city's post-war territorial changes.

Access is straightforward since the stadium is located in the western part of the city and is easy to spot. Visitors should arrive early on match days to secure good seating and experience the atmosphere before play begins.

The name means 'white hill' in Bosnian, referring to the geographical location of the site. Current expansion plans aim to increase capacity significantly and modernize the facility for future needs.
