The Tour CIBC features a green slate and stainless steel exterior with 45 floors, standing 187 meters tall in downtown Montreal.
Peter Dickinson designed this International Style structure in collaboration with Ross, Fish, Duschenes and Barrett, completing construction in 1962.
The entrance hall displays notable artworks, including the bronze sculpture 'Three Piece Reclining Figure No. 1' by Henry Moore and a painting by Serge Lemoyne.
The building contains 510,383 square feet of office space, 43,307 square feet of retail space, and connects to Montreal's underground pedestrian network RESO.
Three separate elevator banks serve the tower's floors, while a dedicated fourth elevator system provides access to the underground parking complex.
