Park Plaza Condominiums is a 14-story residential tower in Albuquerque featuring individual balconies on each unit. The building contains 130 apartments arranged in seven different floor plans to suit various household sizes.
Construction of the tower began in May 1963 and was completed by June 1964 with a steel frame assembled floor by floor. The project represented a shift toward multi-family residential development in the city during this era.
