One Tabor Center is a high-rise building in downtown Denver with 30 floors and a glass and metal exterior. The structure rises about 408 feet and contains roughly 669,000 square feet of commercial space with underground parking and direct access to a shopping center.

One Tabor Center was completed in 1984 to designs by the Urban Design Group, rising 30 floors and 408 feet at 1200 Seventeenth Street. A mirroring "Two Tabor Center" was planned for the opposite corner of the block at Seventeenth and Larimer Streets, but economic conditions at the time halted it. Its foundation and caissons were built and remain visible, covered in aluminum sheathing.

The complex pairs the 30-storey office tower with the covered Tabor Center Mall on its 16th Street side and an open plaza facing 17th Street. The mall and tower share a single downtown block, so retail and offices connect directly. The plaza was rebuilt in early 2018, along with a remodeled entrance designed to serve both the existing tower and a future second one.

The building is centrally located downtown and easy to reach on foot with clear signage throughout the corridors. The underground parking provides weather protection and convenient access for visitors arriving by car.

The original plan included a twin tower called Two Tabor, whose foundation remains hidden beneath aluminum sheathing at the corner of 17th and Larimer Streets. This concealed foundation tells the story of a project that was never completed.
