Construction of Spire ran from 2007 to 2009 at a cost of $175 million, and the tower was designed by the Denver firm RNL Design. Sources differ on the completion year, with one Polish article giving 2010 and 41 floors. At 147.2 metres it ranks as Denver's tenth tallest building.
Spire's name refers to the tower's slender profile at 14th and Champa streets. Its ground floor holds 9,000 square feet of shops, while the 35,000 square feet of amenity space includes a gym, pools, a spa and a top-floor lounge for residents. The building was designed by the Denver firm RNL Design.
Located at 891 14th Street and Champa Street, the building offers parking garage services, valet assistance, and proximity to Cherry Creek bike path and downtown amenities.
