Moss Mansion

Moss Mansion is a three-story red sandstone residence in Billings with 28 rooms, marble fireplaces, and original wood paneling throughout. The interior spaces display the careful craftsmanship and design choices of a wealthy household from that period.

Preston Boyd Moss and Martha Ursula Woodson Moss built this residence in 1903 during Montana's mining boom. The mansion reflects the financial success that mining wealth brought to families in the region during the early 1900s.
