Memorial Gates

Memorial Gates is a gate structure at the University of Saskatchewan located where College Drive and Hospital Drive intersect. The construction combines imported bronze with local greystone to create a substantial entrance that accommodates both pedestrians and vehicles.

Built in 1927, the memorial commemorates students and faculty members of the university who died in the First World War. This structure was erected to mark the institution's connection to that conflict and honor those who were lost.
