Łutselk'e, First Nation territorial hamlet on Great Slave Lake, Northwest Territories, Canada.

Positioned at an elevation of 168 meters, Łutselk'e extends along the southern shore near the eastern end of Great Slave Lake.

The Hudson's Bay Company established a trading post in 1925, followed by the Roman Catholic Church, marking the beginning of permanent settlement.

The name Łutselk'e derives from the Chipewyan Dene language, referring to the cisco fish that inhabits the local waters.

Transportation to the community relies on scheduled flights from Yellowknife Airport and water access during summer through the local seaplane base.

The proposed Thaidene Nene National Park Reserve surrounding Łutselk'e encompasses 14,000 square kilometers of protected northern wilderness.
