Square Capital Tower, Skyscraper in Kuwait City, Kuwait
Square Capital Tower is an office skyscraper in downtown Kuwait City, standing 376 meters tall with 63 floors and a glass and metal facade. It is one of the tallest buildings in the country and holds corporate offices across its upper floors.
The tower was built in the early 21st century as part of a wave of construction that reshaped the skyline of Kuwait City. This period saw the city invest heavily in large office towers to attract regional business.
The Square Capital Tower has a facade with geometric patterns that echo Islamic decorative traditions. This design choice is common in modern Kuwaiti architecture, where contemporary buildings often reference local visual culture.
The building is in downtown Kuwait City and is accessible by car from the main road network, with parking available nearby. Since it is a working office building, access for outside visitors is generally limited to business hours.
Despite its height of 376 meters, the tower was designed to withstand the regular sandstorms that sweep through Kuwait. The outer cladding was chosen in part to resist the wear caused by sand particles hitting the surface at speed.
