Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre, Science and culture museum complex in Salmiya, Kuwait
The Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre spans 127,000 square meters and contains six individual museums connected by covered walkways and open spaces.
The centre opened in 2018 as part of Kuwait's national cultural district, representing the largest single-delivery museum project worldwide at that time.
The Natural History Museum section displays 30 prehistoric creatures, including a 17-meter whale skeleton suspended above ancient fauna exhibits.
Visitors can enter multiple times throughout the day with a single ticket, accessing all museums until one hour before the facility closes.
The Space Museum features a 110-seat planetarium and includes an exact replica of the International Space Station for educational purposes.
