Bayan Palace

Bayan Palace is a governmental building in Kuwait City that spreads across a large site and houses multiple compounds, an events hall, a library, and various reception areas. The grounds also include specialized facilities designed for international conferences and top-level meetings.

The palace opened in 1986 and served as the venue for the fifth conference of the Arab League. A year later, a large tent facility was added to the grounds, allowing it to accommodate larger events.

The palace grounds blend contemporary forms with Islamic design elements that reflect Kuwait's architectural development over time. Visitors can observe this fusion of traditional and modern styles while moving through the different sections of the complex.

The grounds can accommodate more than 50 heads of state when they gather for international meetings. This capacity makes it one of the largest conference venues in the region for such events.
