Rainier III Nautical Stadium, Saltwater swimming stadium at Port Hercule, Monaco

The Rainier III Nautical Stadium features an Olympic-sized swimming pool measuring 50 meters by 25 meters, containing 3,000 cubic meters of treated seawater.

The swimming facility, established in 1986, occupies a section of the harbor area that served as a municipal sports complex since 1949.

The stadium maintains a central role in Monaco's competitive swimming scene, providing training facilities for local clubs and hosting regional aquatic championships.

The swimming pool operates from April through October, with extended hours during summer months, while transforming into a 1,000-square-meter ice rink in winter.

The facility includes diving platforms at heights of 1, 3, 5, and 10 meters, plus a 45-meter water slide for recreational purposes.
