This building at Favoritenstraße 118 is a bank structure with a striking facade made of curved stainless steel plates and undulating forms squeezed between neighboring buildings. The building was constructed between 1975 and 1979 according to designs by architect Günther Domenig, initially serving as a branch of Zentralsparkasse and Kommerzialbank Wien. The spaces were later repurposed for different occupants and now function as office areas for various businesses.
The ground floor and basement spaces house art exhibitions through the Kulturverband Favoriten, presenting contemporary works to district residents.
