The building's facade features curved stainless steel plates and undulating forms that appear compressed between neighboring structures in Favoritenstraße 118.
Constructed from 1975 to 1979 by architect Günther Domenig, the structure initially served as a branch of Zentralsparkasse and Kommerzialbank Wien.
The ground floor and basement spaces house art exhibitions through the Kulturverband Favoriten, presenting contemporary works to district residents.
Located between Keplerplatz subway station and Viktor-Adler-Platz market, the building currently contains offices of Echo Medienhaus and other businesses.
The architectural design incorporates biomorphic elements resembling bones, tendons, and scales, transforming technical components into organic structures.
