The Palais des Beaux Arts features a corner tower with female figures holding globes and displays floral stucco decorations in the vestibule.
Architects Anton and Josef Drexler constructed this residential and office building between 1908 and 1909 as a center for fashion called Chic Parisien.
The architecture combines late Historicism elements with West European Art Nouveau decorative motifs, reflecting the architectural trends of early 20th century Vienna.
Since 1994, the building at Löwengasse 47-47A houses the embassies of Lithuania and Moldova, while maintaining its residential function.
Visitors can explore rotating art exhibitions through their smartphones and tablets using the building's Wi-Fi network since 2014.
