The three-story building features a tower with two window axes, a hipped roof, and open loggia displaying decorative stucco patterns on each floor.
In 1940, the National Socialist People's Welfare organization transformed the building into a maternity home, and later it served as a command post for the US Army.
The entrance portal displays the state coat of arms from 1796, along with an inscription requesting protection against misfortunes.
Located at Unken 8, the facility currently operates under anderskompetent GmbH, preparing young people with disabilities for independent living and employment.
Originally named Seidlgut, the property merged with a tavern under Konrad Leyrer's ownership and remained in his family for approximately 200 years.
