The One Bloor East building reaches a height of 257 meters with its 76 floors above ground and 6 underground levels in downtown Toronto.
The development site transformed from a two-storey retail building with Harvey's restaurant to its current form after Great Gulf acquired the property in 2009.
The street level retail space has attracted international brands, including the first Canadian location of Nordstrom Rack, which operated from 2018 to 2023.
The building contains nine elevators and provides over 2,500 square meters of amenities on the sixth and seventh floors for residents.
The structure stands as the tenth highest residential building outside Asia, ranking fortieth among all residential buildings globally as of 2018.
