Altoria, Mixed-use skyscraper in Downtown Montreal, Canada

Altoria, also called Tour Air Canada, is a 35-storey mixed-use skyscraper in Montreal. Its first ten floors hold office space anchored by Aimia, while the upper 25 floors contain 152 condos. It stands beside Complexe Maisonneuve, the Tour de la Bourse and Square-Victoria-OACI metro station.

Construction of the tower began in 2011 and was completed in 2014, promoted by Kevric Corporation. It was known as Aimia Tower until winter 2020, when it took the name Altoria; the office floors remain anchored by Aimia.

The tower's name changed from Aimia Tower to Altoria in winter 2020, after the office anchor Aimia. Its lower ten floors hold offices and the upper 25 floors hold 152 condos, so the same address serves both desks and homes beside Square-Victoria-OACI station.

Altoria stands beside Square-Victoria-OACI metro station and next to Complexe Maisonneuve and the Tour de la Bourse, so the block is reached directly by metro. The office floors and the 152 condos share the same 35-storey tower, and the building is entered from the downtown street grid around it.

The tower's name changed in winter 2020, when Aimia Tower became Air Canada Tower, also called Altoria. The office section is anchored by Aimia, and the building holds 152 condos above ten office floors. It stands beside Complexe Maisonneuve and the Tour de la Bourse.
