Tom Condos is a 40-storey residential skyscraper at 122 m (400 ft) on Union Avenue between René-Lévesque Boulevard and Cathcart Street in downtown Montreal. Designed by architect Karl Fischer for promoter Daniel Revah, it holds 322 condos and was built from June 2014 to 2018. Part of the tower occupies the site of the 1972 Blue Bird Café fire.
